Flamingo

Los enormes tubos de un emisario submarino, que se pierden en la inmensidad de la plataforma, sirven de fuente de vida y refugio en esta curiosa y frecuentada inmersión. Resulta, sin duda, un lugar distinto que da variedad al amplio abanico de opciones que presenta Lanzarote. La blanca arena sirve de escondite a tembladeras, angelotes y mantelinas, por lo que no debemos olvidar buscar su silueta en el fondo. Se puede acceder tanto desde la costa como desde embarcación y resulta especialmente cómoda e ideal para bautizos de mar e iniciación. Las personas experimentadas no dejarán de disfrutar debido a la abundancia de fauna y la luminosidad de la zona. Los dos espigones que forman la bahía sirven de referencia para localizar a los grandes bancos de peces que se sitúan frente a la salida de la rada. Los muros de bloques se pueden recorrer en busca de meros, catalufas, alfonsitos y otros animales más tímidos que gustan de pasar desapercibidos.
